Let Me introduce myself...

My name is Ariel Brown. I was born and raised in California. I have a birthmark on the right side of my face

My whole life I have dealt with the stares and questions about my birthmark. I've thought of getting my birthmark removed, and often times would cover it up. as I grew older, I realized how much wasted time and energy there was in trying to hide it every day. So I decided to get rid of the cover up make-up and learn to fully accept it.

Although I've had amazing support from my family, I haven't quite had a circle of friends with birthmarks similar to my own. 

So I started Birthmark Beauties to help people like you and me connect with one another. I find it so important for us to have friends that we can relate with; to help us overcome the adversities that follow from having a birthmark.
